• Free cancellation or rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

• Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% fee.

• No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Please note that we will confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance via email or 24 hours in advance via text message.
